The problem
Fuel retailers had no real-time visibility into pump activity, tank levels, or sales data. Theft, meter tampering, and manual reconciliation were costing operators millions. No centralised platform existed for the Nigerian market.
What we built
End-to-end forecourt automation platform: pump automation hardware integration, tank level monitoring, truck delivery automation, remote price management, a native mobile app, and a multi-tenant management dashboard.
The result
3,000+ stations automated including NNPC, Rainoil, and Matrix. Platform became the de-facto standard for fuel station automation in Nigeria, with 10+ years of live deployment.
