Community managers were stitching together payments, spreadsheets, and manual access grants. We built one platform that automates all of it, from the first payment to the last renewal.
The situation
The creator economy had a plumbing problem. Running a paid community required six tools and constant manual intervention.
Discord and Telegram communities were exploding as a monetization channel. Creators, analysts, coaches, and traders were all charging for access, but the infrastructure to support it simply didn’t exist in one place.
The typical setup: take payment on Stripe, manually grant a Discord role, remember to remove it when the subscription lapses, chase people who didn’t renew, track everything in a spreadsheet, and do it all again next month. For a community with hundreds of members, that’s a part-time job in itself.
The founder came to us with a clear vision and a tight brief: build the platform that makes all of that disappear.
The problem
Every manual step is a point of failure. And community managers were drowning in them.
The core technical challenge was reliability. A bot that grants access and then fails to revoke it on expiry destroys trust immediately. A payment system that doesn’t handle failed renewals automatically means awkward manual enforcement. A payout system that can’t be trusted means managers don’t know what they’ve actually earned.
We had to build every layer of this correctly. Bot integrations for both Discord and Telegram with graceful error handling. Idempotent payment processing with automatic renewal retry logic. An earnings dashboard that reflected the real financial position at any moment. And a public-facing community profile page that let managers share everything in a single link.
Nothing could be bolted on. Every piece had to work together as a single coherent system.
