Yes. We work on a 50/50 payment structure: 50% paid before work begins, and 50% on final delivery. For larger projects, we can agree milestone-based payments. We accept payments in USD and GBP.
We handle it with a change order. If something new comes up mid-project - a new feature, a change in requirements - we write up a separate scope document with the additional cost and timeline impact. You approve it before we do anything. Nothing added to the bill without your sign-off.
Yes. We work with founders and operators across North America, Europe, Africa, and beyond. We work entirely remotely and collaborate asynchronously across time zones. Project scopes and payments are handled in your preferred currency.
