The situation

Embarque.io had carved out a clear position in a crowded market: SEO measured by revenue, not rankings. Their clients chose them precisely because they focused on outcomes that mattered to a business, not vanity metrics that didn’t.
The problem was that their platform hadn’t caught up with their positioning. The site was built to talk about traffic and rankings — the same language every other SEO agency used. The differentiation that existed in the team’s heads wasn’t visible in the product.
As the client roster grew, performance issues started to create friction. An SEO agency with slow Core Web Vitals is a credibility problem that compounds quickly.

We didn’t reskin. We rebuilt the architecture with a headless CMS setup that gave the team full content control and a Next.js front end optimised for speed and technical SEO from the first page load.
